- You can't contact the User which has a problem.
- The Author the program is not informed about them — You often see them only weeks later.
- They are often unfair and you can't explain your side of the story.
- They are never corrected — even when the actual bug has been fixed.
The last point is of course the most frustrating part and demotivating part. If you as a customer think that a Market comments makes me fix a bug faster then you are mistaken. I might not know about the bug (see point 2) and if I finally find out about it then I also know that it is to late anyway (see point 4).
I will still fix all problems I know off — but Market Comments will not give top priority any more. Fixing Bugs which come in by E-Mail or in the Forum here have of course priority as with those I still have a change to fix the problem before it hits the Market Comments.
