What else should a calculator do. However, start-up time is rather slow and I wonder if Android has some problems in reading and parsing the op-codes.
Loading and saving status works as well. Actually it's a HP-45C. A C in HP terms stand for continues memory - not loosing memory when switched off. The plan is the have the normal HP-45 gratis and the HP-45C sold for €4. Depending on shop overhead cost.
What does not work well is re-starting the application. It's something happening often on Android. For example when changing form landscape to portrait display. I have to have a close look at what wrong.[/SIZE]

AntwortenLöschenWonderful! I look forward to it very much.
A suggestion: please consider enlarging the font for (a) the four function keys, so that the - + x and divide fonts are about the same ratio to their keys as on the real HP-45, and (b) the gold functions (same issue). It would increase the contrast of the function (gold) notations if the background were darker, as in the physical HP-45 (I have a working one on my desk here).
This is not just for looks, since may of us admirers of the HP-45 now have somewhat less acute eyesight than we did in the heyday of the HP-45.
