1.5 Compatibilty

I finally found out why the Emulator did not run under Cup-Cake and Doughnut. Actually a small change in android.app.Service. From Éclair onward there are two start-up methods with the newer having an additional parameter (which I don't use) and a return value (which I do use). I have now implemented both (one calling the other) and et voilà the Emulator now works with all version from 1.5 Cup-Cake to 2.2 Frozen-Joghurt.
